Biography

Alexander M. Brunelle is a Founding Partner at Brunelle Law Group. He specializes in complex landlord-tenant and real estate litigation, contract law, business and corporate law, zoning, tax assessment appeals, and valuation, as well as complex litigation and trial advocacy.

Mr. Brunelle also maintains an active focus on constitutional law issues and the preservation of religious rights under RLUIPA and the Free Exercise Clause. In 2024, in response to what appeared to be blatant unequal treatment against followers of Judaism, Mr. Brunelle brought suit against the Borough of Kingston, Pennsylvania to uphold and preserve constitutional protections and religious freedoms.

Prior to founding Brunelle Law Group LLC, Mr. Brunelle was an active real estate developer and serial entrepreneur, founding and launching countless technology enterprises and building out, managing, and operating hundreds of residential apartments throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. This broad array of experience ensures that Mr. Brunelle can understand and appreciate client problems using multidisciplinary approaches that most attorneys cannot offer.
